Jiangxi Dekai Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. was established in June 2019. Dekai Automotive Lighting is an auto parts company integrating development, scientific research, manufacturing and sales, specializing in the production of various automotive lamps and electronic products.

Scale: covers an area of 122 acres, the factory area is 40,000 square meters, the independent factory building has a three-story structure, and a research and development production team of more than 200 people. Injection molding equipment: 32 units are planned (5 multi-color injection molding machines, 26 single-color injection molding machines), and there are 21 equipments (5 multi-color injection molding machines, 16 single-color injection molding machines). The tonnage of single-color machines ranges from 138T-1600T, and the tonnage of multi-color machines is 700T, 1420T, 1400T, and 1500T. 5 headlight production lines are planned (4 headlight production lines are currently in place), 10 taillight and small light production lines are planned, (7 taillight production lines and 3 small light lines are currently in place), and the production line is equipped with multiple automatic and semi-automatic assembly equipment, with an annual output of more than 1 million sets of full-vehicle lamps.

Quality control: perfect ISO management system, various international and domestic authoritative certifications: China 3C, EU CE, ROHS, US FCC, Japan PSE, etc.
